Initiate the Claim: Get admitted to a listed network hospital & present the policy details.
Assessment: The hospital submits a pre-authorization request.
Claim Approval: Upon approval, the treatment is covered, and the insurer pays directly.
Payment: The policyholder pays deductibles or non-covered costs.

Reimbursement Claims:

Definition:The policyholder pays for medical treatment first & claims later.
Initiate the Claim: Inform the insurer & submit a claim form.
Claim Verification:The insurer verifies and approves eligible expenses.
Submit Bills: Send original bills, receipts, and required documents.
Payment: The insurer reimburses the approved amount.
